Cut the courgette, the mozzarella and the anchoives in small pieces.
Grease a muffin pan with olive oil (be generous!) and then fill all the muffin moulds with some cubes of courgette, mozzarella and achoives.
Add the flour and the salt in a bowl and then slowly pour the cold beer. Stir everything together with a whisker to obtain a smooth batter.
Gently pour the beer batter in each muffin mould. The ingredients must be completely covered with the batter.
Cook the fritters in the oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
Notes
These doses are for 12 small fritters (12 muffin moulds with a diameter of 6cm). The fritters can be made with whatever ingredient you like and/or have on hand
