75gramsDried fruits (Dates, sultanas, apricots.. etc. They all work. Make sure to soak them before using)

40gramsSeed Oil
Half Apple(or half pear or half peach, they all work)
For the chocolate version
1tbspCocoa Powder
50gramsDark Chocolate(chopped)
Instructions
Put flour, oats, nuts, baking powder and dried fruits (plus cocoa and chocolate if you are making the chocolate version) in a mixer and blend everything together until well combined.
Add the oil and the half apple (roughly chopped) and blend again.
Shape the cookies. The final dough must be coarse but easy to shape with your hands (if it is too dry, add some more oil or another piece of apple).
Cook the cookies in the oven at 180° for approximately 15 mins (until golden brown).
Your Gran Cereale are ready! You can keep them in a airtight container for several weeks.
Notes
This recipe has no added sugar (the dried fruits provide the sweetness). However if you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add two tablespoon of sugar.
