Put the nuts in a bowl and add salt, a little bit of olive oil and the Panettone Flavoured Syrup. Mix everything with a spoon to evenly distribute the seasoning on the nuts.
Spread the nuts out in an even layer on a sheet pan, and pop them in the oven at 180° for 10 minutes. Stir them every 2-3 minutes to make sure that they do not burn.
Take the nuts out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
